Wish there were such scripts here that you could disable during the campaign to tune everything to your taste. Besides, these scripts can be disabled if you want. can and will cheat and often has scripts that spawn armies if you steamroll too fast, but they do not get incredibly broken bonuses on the battlefield or endless gold.
Doomstacking is just necessary in order to deal with enemy spam on higher difficulties.
Warhammer doesn't limit elite recruitment and doomstacking becomes the only cost-effective option for the player because A.I. The most broken elites also often can only be recruited in a specific region. Elite units are still available but limited, thus making them truly elite. Just remembered how awesome Third age for Medieval 2 was and how it handled difficulty. The reason why I link it is that it is related to this one.
